The Dallas Cowboys signed free agent linebacker Anthony Barr to a one-year deal on Wednesday. The four-time Pro Bowler joins Dallas after spending his entire eight-year career with the Minnesota Vikings who selected him in the first round of the 2014 NFL Draft.
Last season, the 30-year-old tallied 72 tackles, three interceptions and 2 ½ sacks in 11 games after missing all but two games with a torn pectoral in 2020.
In Dallas, Barr will reunite with former Vikings defensive coordinator George Edwards, who coaches the Cowboys’ linebackers.
