Dodgers’ Clayton Kershaw leaves game vs. Giants with apparent injury
Dodgers starter Clayton Kershaw left Thursday’s game against the San Francisco Giants in the bottom of the fifth inning with an apparent injury after a warm-up pitch. Kershaw displayed signs of discomfort on the mound before leaving.
Kershaw missed one month earlier this season with SI joint inflammation that caused pain in his lower back. He’s had several back-related injuries throughout his career.
