Expert predictions for Week 11 NFL game – The Athletic

Both Cincinnati and Las Vegas come into this matchup at 5-4 and ride two-game losing skids. Cincinnati had a bye week to regroup after getting shelled 41-16 by the Browns. The Bengals ran 24 fewer offensive plays than Cleveland but turned the ball over three times and gave up 7.8 yards per play to the Browns. Joe Burrow has thrown 13 touchdowns and three interceptions in five wins compared to seven TDs and eight INTs in four losses. Even with the Bengals slumping a bit, oddsmakers like them to get back on track as they opened as 2.5-point road favorites at the Raiders.

Las Vegas might be in more trouble the Cincinnati here. The Raiders were stomped 41-14 by the Chiefs last Sunday night. Vegas gave up 516 yards and over 35 minutes of possession to Kansas City. The Raiders ran 25 fewer plays, went 1-of-9 on third down and turned the ball over twice. The loss drops them to 1-2 in the AFC West with Kansas City heating up, the Chargers owning a head-to-head tiebreak and Denver just a half-game back in last place. This feels like a must-win for the Raiders.
