Have a Capitals question? Send it in here for Tarik El-Bashir’s mailbag

The Capitals have used their offseason to tweak their lineup, most notably by moving on from Vitek Vanecek (traded to the Devils) and Ilya Samsonov (not qualified; signed with the Maple Leafs) in favor of Darcy Kuemper, who’s fresh off winning the Stanley Cup with the Colorado Avalanche.

The Caps also added Dylan Strome and Connor Brown, and they’ll need them with Nicklas Backstrom and Tom Wilson out to start the season. See a projected depth chart here.

Prospects camp has wrapped up, and Capitals GM Brian MacLellan spoke with the media about a variety of topics not long after camp.

What questions do you have? Submit them here, and Tarik El-Bashir may answer them in an upcoming mailbag.
