Los Angeles Rams safety Jordan Fuller is out for the rest of the year with an ankle injury and may undergo surgery, head coach Sean McVay said Monday. Fuller exited Sunday’s game against the San Francisco 49ers in the fourth quarter with the injury.
McVay said that Jalen Ramsey did a good job calling defensive signals after Fuller’s exit and that he could be a candidate for replacing Fuller in that role through the playoffs. Fuller, a sixth-round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, has racked up 63 solo tackles this season along with one interception.
