Raptors guard Fred VanVleet poured in 37 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists for his first career triple-double in Toronto’s 122-108 win over the Jazz on Friday night. His first triple-double comes in his sixth season in the league, all with the Raptors.
VanVleet added two steals and one block while shooting 12-of-22 from the field and 4-of-12 from 3. Forward OG Anunoby followed with 22 points, while center Pascal Siakam added 17 points, five rebounds and five assists.
Entering Friday, VanVleet was averaging 21.3 points on 44 percent shooting from the field, 6.7 assists and 4.9 rebounds in a league-leading 37 1/2 minutes. His 21.3 points and 6.7 assists per game lead the team.
Toronto is 19-17 on the season, good for seventh in the Eastern Conference behind the Cavaliers (21-17).
